Payment can be made by cash, debit or credit card. We accept all insurance companies and direct bill. Please provide your insurance info prior to your appointment.

Fees: Cleanings are typically between $108 and $160 depending on the individual, some patients need more particularly if they smoke and have stains, obviously fees will be more or if its been many years since your last cleaning. Some patients may need more than one appointment to complete but this is rare.

Please allow 48 hours prior to cancelling your appointment allowing that appointment to be filled by another client.

Please note if appointments are booked and repeatedly cancelled, access to the online booking will be restricted.

Insurance Billing

I accept all insurance companies and direct bill., some I can bill electronically, I just need your insurance info prior to your appointment. You should contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to ask about your coverage. Any amounts not covered by your insurance are your responsibility, many insurance companies now have an app to check your coverage, if you download the app I can assist you with this at your appointment.

Things to ask are:

• How many scaling  units do I have?

• When does my plan reset, is it per calendar  year or per rolling months?

• What's the frequency of polishing and fluoride?

• What percentage am I covered?

• Do I have a yearly deductible?
